Paying rent

Rent is due on the 1st. You can pay by:

  • Zelle
  • Cash App
  • Money order

Call or text 216-203-6563 for payment details. On Section 8? You only pay your tenant portion.

Repair requests

Send repairs through your tenant portal, email boris@monoclego.com, or call/text 216-203-6563. Add photos if you can.

Emergency

No heat, flooding, gas smell

Call the office right away at 216-203-6563. If you smell gas, leave the home and call Dominion Energy and 911 first.
